Pause.
Yesterday I found myself running around. Running around not only physically but in my head. I had to make a decision and had a little time to make that decision. I decided to Pause.
I decided in the midst of all that is happening to ask for Help. I heard myself saying out loud..I don’t know what to do. Help me Lord. Guide me please. I was pleading and I heard deep inside go and make tea. I am smiling.
